I'm Kyle - a U.S. Army Veteran, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a bodybuilding specialty, and someone who knows what it means to work hard under pressure. These days, I split my time between the grind of offshore oil rigs and helping people transform their bodies and minds.
Fitness saved my life. Literally.
A few years ago I was overweight. I didn't recognize myself in pictures. I had no energy. No motivation. Had a terrible diet and lifestyle. I felt like I was too far gone for actual lasting change. I dedicated myself to educating myself, training and simple lifestyle changes that resulted in losing 75lbs in less than one year. On the flip side, in my younger years, I have experienced being under weight. Frustrated. Doing everything "right" but not seeing results. I dedicated myself to learning my body and learning training. I was able to put on 60lbs of lean muscle in one year. I've come out the other side of both extremes.
Now, I bring that same mindset- discipline, structure and grit- to my clients.
