About Me

I have lived the struggle. Now I am dedicating myself to help others conquer it. 

I wasn't born fit. I've been the guy staring in the mirror at 260lbs, unsure of what happened or where to start. And I've been on the other end too - skinny, frustrated and unable to gain size no matter what how hard I trained. I have fought both sides of the fitness battle... and I won. 

In just one year, I dropped 75 pounds - not with shortcuts, but with sustainable training, real nutrition and relentless grit. I learned how to break plateaus, fuel my body and build a physique that lasts. That's what I teach my clients: no hype, no gimmicks - just transformation that sticks.
